Canon EOS M6 Mark II
The EOS M6 II is Canon's first mirrorless camera using a 32 megapixel APS-C sensor. Together with its DIGIC 8 image processor, 4K video recording with dual-pixel autofocus, without crop and continuous shooting at up to 14fps are possible.
The Canon EOS M6 Mark II achieves best burst speed with UHS-II memory cards, but these are not necessary at all. Even though: Due to the combination of up to 14fps and 32 megapixel resolution, slow sd cards may become a bottleneck quite quickly. Filmmakers should also pay attention to an U3 or V30 classification, otherwise video recordings in 4K mode might interrupt. All 4K-capable memory cards are marked with a corresponding -logo in the table down below.
The writing speed of the Canon EOS M6 Mark II varies depending on the image file size. In our tests, a static test scene produced CR3 RAW images with 49 MB (±1 MB) average file size. Under other conditions, the write rates may in- or decrease significantly.
